The Journey

A Clear Process From Purchase to Commercial Sale

Our livestock operation follows a structured cycle. We source suitable animals, manage them at the farm for approximately three to four months, monitor their overall progress and condition, and prepare suitable livestock for commercial buyers.

Chapter 01 · Livestock Mandi

Livestock Sourcing

We explore livestock mandis and work with trusted sellers to identify animals that may be suitable for our farm operation. The search begins long before the first purchase — condition, structure and timing all matter.

For buyersEvery animal in our yards was chosen on purpose, not sold on from a passing deal.
Chapter 02 · At the Mandi

Animal Selection

Animals are considered according to factors such as overall condition, health, structure, size, age, and suitability for the planned farm cycle. Each pick has to earn its space at the farm.

For buyersSelection is where mistakes are prevented — the herd you see later starts here.
Chapter 03 · On the Road

Purchase & Transportation

Selected livestock is purchased and transported to Latif Sons Dairy Farm in Hujra Shah Muqeem. The ride home is kept short and calm so animals settle quickly on arrival.

For buyersAnimals come to a stable, prepared yard, not an open auction floor.

Chapter 04 · First Day on the Farm

Farm Intake

New livestock is introduced into the farm operation and assigned to suitable pens or groups for easier management. The first days are about rest, water, and the animals learning the routine.

For buyersA calm, organized yard shows itself from day one — it is what you see on a visit.

Chapter 05 · Every Day, Every Pen

Feeding & Daily Care

Animals receive managed feeding, access to water, routine cleaning, and regular observation throughout their stay. The feed lane is laid out fresh each day and troughs are washed before refilling.

For buyersDaily attention is where condition comes from — not a last-minute push before sale.

Chapter 06 · Watching the Herd

Progress Monitoring

Our team observes livestock condition and progress during the farm cycle so management decisions can be made more effectively. Animals showing slower or unusual progress get closer observation.

For buyersNothing moves to a buyer unseen — the team watches every animal, every day.

Chapter 07 · Three to Four Months

3–4 Month Farm Cycle

Animals generally remain under farm management for approximately three to four months, depending on their condition and commercial requirements. Time on the farm is the whole point of the model.

For buyersYou are buying animals that have had real time with us, not pass-through stock.

Chapter 08 · Toward Market Ready

Commercial Preparation

As animals progress through the cycle, their overall condition and suitability for commercial sale are reviewed. Grouping, feeding and observation stay consistent right up to the final days on the farm.

For buyersAnimals are reviewed against your requirement before anyone picks up the phone.
Chapter 09 · A Direct Conversation

Buyer Coordination

Commercial requirements, livestock availability, farm visits, collection, and other details can be discussed directly with interested buyers. You talk to the family, not through a chain of middlemen.

For buyersCall 0306 1364383 or WhatsApp the farm to start a conversation.

Chapter 10 · Leaving the Farm

Behind the Scenes

Consistent Management Throughout the Farm Cycle

The time livestock spends at our farm is an important part of our business model. Six routines quietly run under every chapter above, every day the farm is open.

Managed Feeding · Feeding routines form a central part of our livestock management process during the animals' stay at the farm.

Water Management · Access to water is managed as part of everyday livestock care and farm operations — troughs washed and refilled daily.

Pen & Group Management · Animals are organized into suitable areas or groups to support more efficient daily management.

Farm Cleanliness · Routine cleaning is carried out to maintain a better environment for livestock and farm operations.

Daily Observation · Regular observation helps our team remain aware of changes in animal condition and general behaviour.

Organized Farm Records · Keeping farm activities organized supports better livestock management and more informed operational decisions.

Monitoring Throughout the Cycle

Livestock management involves more than simply feeding animals and waiting for time to pass. Throughout the farm cycle, our team observes the overall progress and condition of the animals so we can maintain a clearer view of the livestock under our care — and identify animals that may need closer attention.
