Livestock Sourcing & Trading
Our livestock sourcing starts at local mandis across Punjab and with trusted sellers the family has worked with for years. Every animal is considered for condition, structure, size, age and overall suitability before it is purchased and brought to the farm in Hujra Shah Muqeem.
Where sourcing and short-term trading are a better fit than a full farm cycle, the farm also discusses livestock trading arrangements directly with commercial counterparts.

Cattle Fattening & Farm Management
Animals remain under our care for approximately three to four months in a structured farm cycle. Managed feeding at the lane, clean water in every pen, routine cleaning, pen and group management, and daily observation form the practical backbone of the fattening stage.
The time on the farm is what makes the operation work — animals settle, improve in condition, and are watched closely by the team before they are considered for commercial supply.

Managed feedingFresh fodder laid along the feed lane every day; feeding kept consistent through the cycle.
-
Water & cleaningTroughs washed and refilled daily; pens and yards cleaned on a routine the team keeps every day.
-
Pens & groupsAnimals grouped into suitable pens so daily feeding, cleaning and observation stay calm and organised.
Commercial Preparation & Trading
Toward the later weeks of the cycle the team reviews animals for commercial readiness. Daily observation becomes closer, pens are regrouped where it helps, and the farm begins discussing availability and timing with potential buyers.
Where a short-cycle trading arrangement is a better fit, the farm handles that through the same livestock trading conversations — animals in, animals out, nothing promised that cannot be delivered.

How the Services Connect
The four services are not separate products. They are stages of one practical cycle that moves every animal from a local mandi, through daily care on the farm, to a direct supply conversation with a commercial buyer.

Each stage leads into the next on one timeline. Sourcing feeds the fattening cycle; the fattening cycle feeds preparation; preparation feeds direct supply. For a step-by-step look at what happens day by day, see farm operations.
